Texas ISD Considers "Carousel of IDEAS"

The Tyler ISD board is considering a purchase request for English as a Second Language (ESL) instructional material for more than $70,000. The administration is recommending that the Carousel of IDEAS (published by Ballard & Tighe) ESL instructional program be purchased using Title III funds.
